Printables Terms of Use
Last updated: August 2026
Thank you so much for visiting the printable library at Our Little House in the Country.
I create these printables to be useful, beautiful additions to everyday life — something you can print at home, write on, pin to the fridge, tuck into a planner or use as part of your own seasonal rhythms and routines.
Many of the printables on this website are offered completely free of charge, and I love knowing that they are being used in homes around the world.
To help me continue creating and sharing them freely, I simply ask that you respect the following terms of use.
Personal Use
Unless otherwise stated, all printables available from Our Little House in the Country are provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
You are very welcome to:
- Download and print copies for your own personal use.
- Print another copy when you need one.
- Use the printables in your own home, planner, journal, recipe collection, seasonal binder or family organisation system.
- Use them for activities with your own family.
- Print a copy to give as part of a personal, non-commercial gift.
- Tell friends and family about a printable you think they would enjoy.
If you’d like to share one of our printables with someone else, please send them the link to the relevant page on ourlittlehouseinthecountry.com so that they can download their own copy.
This helps support the website and allows me to continue creating new resources for everyone to enjoy.
Please Don’t Share the Files
Please do not share or redistribute the actual printable PDF or digital file.
This includes sending the file by email or messaging apps, uploading it to a website, social media platform, Facebook group, shared drive, online forum or file-sharing service, or otherwise making the file available for other people to download.
Instead, you are always very welcome — and encouraged! — to share a link to the relevant page on Our Little House in the Country.
Commercial Use
Unless you have received specific written permission from Our Little House in the Country, the printables may not be used for commercial purposes.
This means you may not:
- Sell the PDF or other digital printable files.
- Sell printed copies of the printables.
- Include the files in digital bundles, downloadable kits, memberships or other digital products.
- Upload or redistribute the printables through another website, shop, marketplace or platform.
- Use the printables as part of a product that you sell.
- Repackage, reproduce or redistribute the printables for commercial purposes.
- Use the designs or illustrations to create products for sale.
- Claim the printables, designs, wording or illustrations as your own.
Giving credit to Our Little House in the Country does not, by itself, grant permission for commercial use.
Small Businesses, Makers & Creative Projects
I completely understand that sometimes you may discover one of my printables and immediately imagine a lovely way of incorporating it into something you make.
If you’re a small business owner, maker, teacher, group organiser or creative and would like to use an Our Little House in the Country printable in a way that falls outside ordinary personal use, please get in touch before using it.
I am always happy to consider requests individually.
Permission may sometimes be given for limited or small-scale use — for example, incorporating a printed element into a handmade physical item — but this must be agreed in writing in advance.
Any permission granted applies only to the particular use described and does not transfer ownership or copyright, grant general commercial-use rights, or permit the original digital files to be sold, shared or redistributed.
Gifts
You are very welcome to use the printables as part of a personal gift.
For example, you might print a reading journal for a friend, include one of our seasonal pages in a homemade gift, or create a little binder of favourite planning pages for a family member.
That’s exactly the kind of personal sharing I love.
However, if you are making items to sell — even if they are handmade — that becomes commercial use and requires prior written permission.
Schools, Clubs, Community Groups & Organisations
If you’d like to use one of the printables with a class, club, community group or other organisation, please contact me first.
I’m very happy to consider these requests and, where appropriate, give permission for a particular group or activity.
Please don’t distribute the original digital file to participants unless you have specifically been given permission to do so.
Can I Edit or Alter the Printables?
The printables may be printed and written on for their intended personal use, but please don’t alter, reproduce or adapt the designs for redistribution or resale.
Please don’t remove the Our Little House in the Country name, website address, copyright notice or other branding where it appears.
The designs, illustrations, written content and overall printable materials remain the intellectual property of Our Little House in the Country.
Can I Share Them on Social Media?
Absolutely.
If you’re using one of the printables and would like to share a photograph of it in your home, planner, journal or seasonal setup, I would be delighted to see it.
Please credit Our Little House in the Country where possible and direct anyone interested in downloading the printable to ourlittlehouseinthecountry.com rather than sharing or uploading the printable file itself.
What About Pinterest?
You’re very welcome to save and share images from our printable posts on Pinterest using the sharing options provided on the website.
Please ensure pins link back to the original page on Our Little House in the Country.
Please don’t upload the printable PDF itself, individual full-resolution printable pages intended to bypass the download page, or copies of our files for other users to download.
Copyright
Unless otherwise stated, the printables, written content, original designs and other original materials made available through Our Little House in the Country are protected by copyright.
Providing a printable free of charge does not place it in the public domain or waive the creator’s copyright.
All rights not expressly granted in these Terms of Use are reserved.
Not Sure? Just Ask
I want the printable library to feel generous, useful and enjoyable — not complicated.
So if you’ve thought of a way you’d love to use one of the printables and you’re unsure whether it falls within these terms, please simply get in touch.
I’d much rather you ask.
Some uses outside the standard personal-use terms may be perfectly fine with prior permission, and I’m always happy to consider thoughtful requests individually.
Thank you for respecting the time, care and creativity that go into creating the Our Little House in the Country Printable Library.
And most of all, thank you for using and enjoying it.
