Teen-friendly Homemade Pizza (Two Ways)

Ingredients
  

  • 250 g plain flour
  • 1 tsp dried yeast
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 150 ml warm water
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
Toppings
  • Pizza sauce homemade or jar
  • 1 ball Mozzarella sliced
  • 1 handful Grated cheese cheddar/mozzarella mix
  • Pepperoni slices
  • Pre-made pizza bases for time saver version

Method
 

  1. From-Scratch Version
    Mix flour, yeast, and salt in a large bowl.
    Add warm water and olive oil. Mix to form a soft dough.
    Knead for 5–10 minutes until smooth.
    Cover and let rise for 1 hour in a warm place.
    Preheat oven to 220°C.
    Divide dough, roll out bases.
    Add sauce, mozzarella, cheese, and pepperoni.
    Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden.
    Time-Saver Version
    Preheat oven to 200°C.
    Spread sauce over pre-made base.
    Add mozzarella, cheese, and pepperoni.
    Bake for 8–10 minutes until melted and crisp.
