Mix to form a soft dough.Knead for 5–10 minutes until smooth.Cover and let rise for 1 hour in a warm place.Preheat oven to 220°C.Divide dough, roll out bases.Add sauce, mozzarella, cheese, and pepperoni.Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden.Time-Saver VersionPreheat oven to 200°C.Spread sauce over pre-made base.Add mozzarella, cheese, and pepperoni.Bake for 8–10 minutes until melted and crisp.
